Real Time Credit Card Processing Problems

PointShop Enterprise merchants with integrated real-time credit card processing have been experiencing intermittent issues with store checkouts. This appears to be an system-wide card processing problem. Merchants with PayPal Express were temporarily redirected to use this payment method. Merchants without PayPal Express capabilities were temporarily switched to only collect credit card details without preauthorizing cards so that your customers can still checkout. Some orders that don't have authorization codes will need to be processed manually in order to collect funds prior to shipment. PointShop Enterprise merchants with integrated real-time credit card processing experienced intermittent store checkout issues tonight beginning around 9pm with a system-wide card processing problem. Communication networks with the credit card processors were restored around 10:30pm, and test orders were placed (and cancelled) in store admin systems. Our Support team will be in touch with impacted merchants on Friday, April 3rd to help ensure any interium orders placed during that timeframe are handled property for payment processing.
